Intermediate: 15:00 AMRAP
4 pullups (green band)
8 Hand-Release Pushups
16 KB swings (1.5pd)
I matched my previous result (from 10/16/12) exactly: 6 Rds + 4 pullups + 8 pushups
Not bad for being out for a month.
